Set up a standing order to be paid on the first of the month. Our bank details are: Sort code 01-09-69 Account number 04720326 Please add your surname plus 50/50 as a reference for us. For example ’ANON50/50’ 2. Complete this form and submit it to us. You will then receive an email telling you what numbers you have been allocated. You will be entered into the first draw following our receipt of your first monthly payment, and in every subsequent draw as long as we continue to receive your payments.
